We are not an automated showcase or a listing aggregator. We are a jewellery boutique with a physical location in Rome, run by a sector professional, with a catalogue built piece by piece.
The people behind ReLusso
Valerio Saltari is the founder and curator of ReLusso. A gemologist with over 15 years of experience in the valuation and selection of signed jewellery, he personally oversees every piece in the catalogue — from acquisition and authenticity verification to the Luxurigen™ process and final presentation.
Registered with the OAM (no. OCO1836), he works across the full spectrum of the precious goods sector. Beyond ReLusso, he is the founder of valutazione-oro.com, an authoritative online resource for the professional valuation of precious metals.
This combination — gemmological expertise, deep knowledge of the luxury pre-owned market and direct contact with suppliers and clients — is what allows ReLusso to apply a standard of selection that cannot be delegated or improvised.

Benedetta Sturba has been ReLusso’s boutique manager since day one — over 10 years. She is the daily point of contact for our clients: she knows the catalogue in every detail, listens carefully to each customer’s needs and guides them towards the right choice without ever being pushy.
Her expertise in signed jewellery is the result of years of hands-on work with the pieces, the brands and the people who seek something truly special. She manages client relations, sales, and ReLusso’s social media presence on Instagram and TikTok — she is the face through which ReLusso tells its story every day.
How we select our jewellery
Every ReLusso piece passes a multi-stage evaluation. We assess design, construction quality, brand recognition and the actual condition of each item. Not everything that bears a signature deserves a place in the catalogue: we apply a precise aesthetic and quality standard, not a quantity-driven approach.
Once selected, each piece goes through the Luxurigen™ process: an in-house verification, professional cleaning and enhancement method that restores the jewel to its original appearance. The goal is that whoever receives a ReLusso piece does not feel they have purchased something “used”, but rather something with a history — returned to its full splendour.
We also work with certified diamonds and provide technical documentation for pieces that require it.
What makes ReLusso different from a traditional jeweller
A traditional jeweller sells new pieces at full price. A gold buyer purchases without curating. ReLusso does something different: it identifies the pieces on the secondary market that are truly worth it, enhances them and offers them to those seeking high quality without the new price tag.

All shipments are insured and tracked. The packaging reflects the quality of the product. For those who prefer to see a piece in person, the boutique is located in Rome, Circonvallazione Gianicolense 219.
